Current and Potential Homeowners:
New Hope Point is one of the best locations in Nashville. If you are a homeowner or have even visited, you already know this. Here are just a few reasons…
- Very close to Lake Percy Priest and parks
- Only 15-20 minutes from the airport
- The last subdivision going south on South New Hope road, making it exceptionally quiet
- 12 minutes from the Music City Star (commuter train to downtown)
- Easy access to lots of retail shopping
- About a 30 minute drive to the heart of downtown

The New Hope Point Home Owner's Association is always looking for board and committee volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact any board member.
New Hope Point is managed by the NHP Home Owner’s Association. Please review the information under the “Policies” and “Association Documents” so you are at least familiar with them. These documents are in place to ensure that our community looks nice and discourages bad neighbors. No one wants to look at un-mowed lawns, garbage cans or unsightly exterior additions, so New Hope Point has Covenants and By-Laws in place to provide guidance and rules.
If you are a Realtor, there is a special selection just for you – Realtor Information. Please make sure you review the material before presenting a property.
