New Hope is a Planned Unit Development and the conditions and restrictions associated with the use of the land, individual homeowner lots and the Common areas, is described in this document.

A rider identifying the document was attached to the Deed of Trust that was presented to each homeowner at the closing of the home sale.

New Hope Point Homeowner’s Association Architectural Committee Covenants

The NHPHA Board of directors has adopted this document to guide the homeowners, residents and members of the Association’s Architectural Review Committee in maintaining and enhancing New Hope Point’s environment in compliance with the CCRs.

It basically provides a guide for making changes to the properties within the community and describes the process for submitting all change request applications to the Architectural Review Committee for approval.

By-Laws of New Hope Point Homeowner’s Association, Inc.

The New Hope Homeowner’s Association (NHPHA), a non-profit corporation, was established to insure the maintenance of the Common Areas in our community and compliance to the CCRs.

This document was adopted by the Association and describes the structure and operating requirements of its board of directors and officers.

New Hope Homeowner’s Association Architectural Change Request Application

This document, adopted by the Board of Directors and its Architectural Committee, was developed for the homeowner’s convenience when planning to make external changes to their property.

An application is not required when performing routine maintenance when no change in design, materials, quality or color is planned.
